This home was obviously one of many, built by the same builder in a great Woodbury neighborhood. Same "blah" materials, same "blah" colors throughout the entire development. This project required an exterior change to make it stand out from the rest. And wait until you see the new porch, perfect for entertaining.

The drab vinyl siding had to go. Murphy Bros. replaced the hold siding with Hardie Plank Boards and Shakes, stone, custom built corbels, and even a copper roof. The old deck, on the rear of the home, was removed to pave way for an expanded 3 season porch; and not your average porch. The result space bring good food, a warm fire, and fun to any event. Under the porch floor is a Viking Grill and Hood, integrated sounds, flat screen TV over the fireplace, with Silestone countertops around the prep and cooking areas. Lastly, Phantom Screens that ascend and descend at the push of a button, enclose the entire space. No bugs allowed at this party.
