Tom Quistad

We brought Tom on to help us with our technological crystal ball operations, in a manner of speaking. One of the most difficult things in remodeling is predicting what the project costs will be. Especially now, with channel disruptions, pandemics, and the like, we really felt we needed a numbers guru to meet the challenge. Tom is well-known in the construction industry for his expertise in purchasing, estimating, and software implementation. But he’s also been a carpenter, so his understanding of what goes into a project is as granular as it gets. He comes to us with decades of experience in the construction industry and most recently with Tappe Construction and Solid LLC, both highly respected trade partners.

Our clients can look forward to more accurate estimates on their remodel projects with fewer surprises at contract signing meetings.
