Why knowing what to expect really matters
Psychologists tell us the biggest cause of frustration with any process or relationship for that matter, is an unmet expectation. We think this is especially true of remodeling. Well, we don't think it, we know it. No other endeavor is more collaborative and complex than the ultimate in custom remodeling which is design/build. So, in hopes of reducing any frustrations or anxiety, we have created these short videos.
