Murphy Bros. has been awarded it's fifth "10 in-a-row" honor for the highest client satisfaction by GuildQuality.
10 Great Customer Experiences in a Row—Again!
"I'd like to congratulate the hard-working staff at Murphy Bros. for achieving this milestone of customer satisfaction for the fifth time!" said Murphy Bros. Owner and President Ben Murphy.
We were notified today by GuildQuality that our 10th customer-in-a-row gave us the highest possible score in response to our “Likely to Recommend” question. "While we take great pride in our craftsmanship, delivering great client experiences is what really gets us up in the morning," explains Ben Murphy, who joined the company in 2020 as the operations director.
The last time Murphy Bros. achieved this milestone was in 2025, which was also a record sales year for Murphy Bros. Design| Build | Remodel. Our design-build firm was founded by John Murphy in 1983 and has served the 7-county metro area and western Wisconsin ever since then with great distinction.
"I'll tell you, it is not easy to do, because the counter resets to zero if any client is less than thrilled," says Murphy, "I guess it's a lot like pitching a perfect game in baseball.
