Weekly check-in calls and texts during the construction phase are one of several 1% ideas that have helped Murphy Bros. keep dissatisfaction from getting too great to fix.
“It’s one of our four core values actually,” says Ben Murphy, John’s son and director of operations, “all of which work together at improving client satisfaction as well as the working relationships between each other and our trade partners.”
The four values Ben mentioned are “Uncommon Integrity," “Glad to see ‘ya,” “Get it done with great care," and “There’s got to be a better way.”
