Tania also servers in the client relations arena, taking initial calls from homeowners and evaluating their remodeling needs. She also serves in the client satisfaction efforts, keeping a steady pulse on the weekly progress of remodeling projects by speaking regularly with clients about their experience, expectations and any issue that might arise before they become problematic. Tania understands the necessity of decision-making and the critical nature of thoughtful design in equal measure.
