Why Moving Wasn’t the Answer
This is the story of empty nesters deciding to renovate instead of relocate. They loved their property and neighborhood but they also wanted their home to be the hub for the family at large.

Project Summary
What if the perfect home you've been looking for was the one you already had?
Like so many these days, this family was torn between renovating and relocating. They thought about it for years. Do we give up what we love about this place in hopes of finding something as good or better somewhere else?
Eventually, they made the decision and embarked on a journey to create the home they had been searching for—right where they lived. But this isn’t just a simple renovation; it’s a full-scale transformation with an unexpected benefit.

And, what if the remodel you undertake brings everyone back together?
With walls coming down and spaces reimagined, the main floor is reborn as an open concept—blending warm, natural tones with bold, modern contrasts, and tons more space. Meanwhile, the basement becomes the family retreat, featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator, a sleek new wet bar, and a high-energy gym. Something for everyone.
As the dust settles and the final touches are placed, this once-familiar house is now an entirely new experience—a place where memories will continue to be made as their children grow into adulthood. It’s a "stay and transform" story. Sometimes, the greatest adventure isn’t about where you go... but how you make your current home become what you've always wanted it to be.
