Project Summary 

This Eagan couple liked what they saw at our recent Remodelers Showcase home and decided now was the time to make a big change. After all, as one of them put it, it's not getting any cheaper! Unfortunately, that is true. Waiting has never been a sound strategy for cost or enjoyment. In this particular remodel, we worked with them to remove a wall obstructing light and access to the kitchen. Replaced the flooring, and cabinets and added a larger island. Now they can entertain and conduct family holiday celebrations with style and ease!

Who knew removing a wall could have such an incredible impact on everything?  This couple explains that impact and how we helped them make key decisions along the way.

BEFORE: Removing this kitchen wall separating the "coat storage room" commonly called the unused living room, from the kitchen.
AFTER: With the wall removed light pours in from the former living room area, bathing the kitchen with light and warmth.
