Murphy Bros. staff would like to thank all of you who responded to our GuildQuality surveys during 2016. Sharing your honest, unvarnished opinions about your experience with us has resulted in our 4th Guildmaster Award, with a 91% satisfaction rating.
In the home building, remodeling, and real estate industry, the average customer recommendation rate for businesses is approximately 70%. In order to receive a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a recommendation rate of 90% or greater.
In determining which businesses received the 2017 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates, and considered two primary metrics for each candidate:
Murphy Bros. was recognized with the Guildmaster Award for exceptional service in 2011, 2012, 2015 and now in 2017.
“While any positive recognition is a good thing, this one is really big because it is hard to achieve and says a lot about the experience and the outcomes of working with us,” explains owner and president John Murphy.
“What most people don’t understand is we have to submit, with very few exceptions, every client we work with for a satisfaction survey. We can’t cherry pick only the ones we think will give us high marks,” explains John, “So it’s a pretty objective report card on a company’s ability to perform at a very high level.”
GuildQuality, an independent research firm operating since 2005, recognizes companies annually for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry.
